Foundation Excavation

Due to certain construction methods, the best repair method for fixing a leaking basement is to excavate the foundation. Foundation excavation is to remove the soil from the foundation in a designated area and rewaterproof with a membrane and new foundation drain. Over the life of a foundation, situations arise that cause the foundation to leak. Problems such as cracks, settling, drains blocked with roots or silt, inferior waterproofing agent deteriorated and useless areas, are all solved with a new waterproofing system installed. Foundation walls are cleaned, sprayed with a rubber and latex waterproofing membrane, then a drainage board is installed over the sprayed on membrane to protect and drain water to the new foundation drain which then carries the water away from the foundation and house.
**All foundation excavation repairs come with a warranty that is transferable.
Crack Injections

Water lines, sewer lines and any utilities that are carried thru the foundation wall below the ground are problem areas for water to enter into the basement. Also, foundation walls way develop cracks that allow water to enter the basement. All these problem scenarios can be solved easily and quickly. Crack injection seals the leaking area from inside the wall causing little disturbance or aggravation to the home owner. Repaired from inside the house, there is no disturbance to the outside area on landscaping and is usually finished in a couple of hours.
ICD - Interior Crawlspace Drain

The Interior Crawlspace Drain system is installed inside crawlspace foundations where standing water is a problem. The ICD collects all the water and moves it to a central point to be drained off.
Crawlspace foundations with standing water in the interior can develop problems that will be detrimental to the structure and the home owner. Standing water is the fuel for the growth of mold and mildew in the warm environment of a crawlspace. Mold and mildew spores can get inside the house if left unchecked and cause problems for individuals with asthma or any other breathing difficulties. The constant moisture will also soak into the insulation causing it to insulating properties and eventually causing it to fall. The constant water vapor can also cause the floor joists and framing to rot resulting in costly repairs.
The ICD system can eliminate all these problems. The system is automatic, therefore the home owner doesn't have to continually climb into the crawlspace to maintain or empty water.
Fortress Stabilization

Concrete block foundation walls are subject to bowing and moving when water or soil pressure builds up along the wall. These bowed walls can be stabilized and structurally reinforced by adding Fortress Carbon Fiber straps to the affected area. Click here for a further explanation and product description.
Water-Trek

When water pressure builds up along the foundation and moves into basement along the seam of the wall and floor, then a Water-Trek sub-floor drain system can be installed. By removing the concrete along the wall that is leaking, a Water-Trek system is installed below the floor to carry the water to a sump pump and then pumped to the outside of the home. Base Board Drain System
Foundation walls that are poured on top of an existing slab have the potential to leak at the floor to wall seam or joint. If a leak occurs with this type of construction a base board drain system can be utilized. The base board is installed along the floor and against the wall of the leaking area. Water enters into the system and is carried to a sump pump to be pumped to the outside of the home.
